How to start analysis

What kind of piRNA isoforms will be considered

 We only selected the piRNAs starting with U and having A residues at 10 positions for target prediction because both papers(doi:10.1038/cr.2015.4 & doi:0.1101/gad.260455.115) found the piRNAs with mRNA targeting potential have strong biases for U and A residues at nucleotide positions 1 and 10. Here we give you 3 examples for valid piRNA isoforms.
