Functional description	Arpc1b, is the member of Actin related protein 2/3 complex. Arpc1b localization in the testis was found at all stages, notably at TBCs and around the basal compartment. Also, Arpc1b was found to be estrogen-regulated through estrogen receptor-beta (ER-beta). Arpc1b, an estrogen responsive gene, is a regulator of spermiation, mature spermatid polarity, BTB integrity and cell division during adult spermatogenesis
